Richard Mindang is the Director and Principal Adviser at O&S Immigration. He previously worked at the Home Office in Croydon, specifically in the fields of Asylum, Removals and Entry Clearance policy, before moving to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in London, and then working abroad as an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) out of the British Embassies in Zagreb, Moscow and Mumbai.
Richard assessed literally thousands of visa applications for the Home Office, of all visa types, with a particular interest in UK family visas: Spouse, civil-partner, unmarried partner, and fiancé/fiancée applications. He also sponsored his wife through the spouse visa process, so has seen the visa process from every perspective.
O&S Immigration supports Shooting Star Children's Hospices. This is a charitable organisation caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across Surrey and London, from diagnosis to end-of-life, and throughout the bereavement, with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
